THE QUEEN OF KING’S CROSS by Nick Thomas 21 – 25 June 2005 at The Old Fire Station Studio Theatre, 7.30pm with
Saturday Matinee 2.30pm. An Instinctive
Theatre production, sponsored by Scene:
The Queen of King's Cross, a bar in contemporary Eddy Rowley,
sole proprietor of 'The Queen' ever since the death of his partner, the

the predatory intentions of a successful entrepreneur whom he is forced to
accept as an investor combine to worsen an already dangerous drink
problem. But as though that's not
enough, he finds himself obliged to confront the conflicting emotions that
govern his relationship with his sister Poppy, a famous actress and Max's
widow. Critically acclaimed Written
and Directed by Nick Thomas. Original
music by Nick Kenworthy-Browne. Portraits
by James Cahill.
